Devonwood Court Northeast

I currently live in a 2 bed, 1.5 bath townhome in the Northview area. The management at these apartments is amazing, they know everyone here by name and work hard to make it feel like a community. The unit itself has two floors plus an unfinished basement, and comes with an in unit washer and dryer! Gas, electric, and internet are only $126.5 a month. There is tons of space and two cats! The unit is mostly furnished as far as kitchen and living room goes, but no furnishings are included in bedroom. The master bedroom is the room currently available. It fits a queen sized bed as well as multiple desks and dressers with plenty of space to spare. The closet has two bars for hanging clothes as well as a shelf for storage. Currently, the only photos are the floor plan off of the apartment’s website, and pictures of the cats, as current roommates have not yet moved out. Unit will be deep cleaned before any move in. The neighborhood is very safe, I personally don’t talk to the neighbors very often, but the times I do they’ve all been very friendly. The only time we ever had an issue with crime (someone breaking into cars) it was taken VERY seriously and several cops took care of it quickly. I work hard to keep the unit as clean and tidy as I can. Currently I am using half of the basement for my Lego collection, but I am open for negotiations with interested parties, as a shared living space involves communication and compromise. I value personal space and really just need someone I would enjoy living with to split the unfortunately high cost of living. Ideally, I do not want smoking inside as I collect things, as well as have multiple cats.

Currently it is just me. I am 22, I love my cats very much (Mr. Earl and Barbeque Sauce) and I spend most of my time home with them. I am very LGBTQ+ friendly as I am part of the community, and am also welcome of cats. There is no such thing as too many kitties. I enjoy a handful of videogames and make a mediocre duos partner in Fortnite. I collect records, comics, and Legos. I listen to a lot of rock music, but Taylor Swift always takes my number one spot in my yearly recap. I hold a lot of value in respect of boundaries, so I will always do my best to respect others as I expect to be respected. My only expectations for a roommate is cleaning up their own mess, and being able to respect each other.
