Room for rent in Ellenwood, about 20 mins from EAV! Completely remodeled home. You would share a full bathroom, kitchen and living room. Charging $500 bucks a month plus utilities. The other room could become available as well, which means that you would have a private bathroom. Would require a refundable $750 deposit upon move in. Full disclosure, we run a music venue in a barn in the backyard with shows twice a month, only. And our band practices once a week in the barn in the backyard. If you are mature, have a job and don’t do drama, things will work out great.

My husband and I are musicians and artists. He is 33 and an USMC vet. I’m 41 and a college graduate. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats. All very sweet once they get to know you. We do have a temporary other roommate who keeps to herself.
