The living room and kitchen is fully furnished with Sofa, TV, cookwares, stainless steel fridge and more. The apartment also have a patio and sunlight facing west and bi-weekly cleaning schedule.

Looking for someone ideally between now and May 1st. Currently relocating out of the country and would like someone to takeover. Will cover some of the costs at move-in for the right person who qualifies with the landlord.
