I am a mature woman who works part time. I am down to earth, love the beach, reading, cooking and taking my small female 5 pounds, 3 year old Yorkie to the park for long walks. I will share my Condo with you, you will have access to the kitchen, diningroom and livingroom and all the amenities in the community. Respect and honesty is very important to me. The use of drugs are not acceptable, no wild parties, no overnigh guests allowed. Minimum 6 month lease, converts month to month after that as long as it works between parties.
