One room with private bathroom and a decent size walking closet. Shared spaces: Dining room, Living Room and Kitchen. Apartment is a 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom with a Balcony accessible through the living room. Apartment will be share with professional male. Laundry room available within apartment complex (pay per load) and parking spot in garage will be available for a small additional fee. The room is in apartment complex nearby groceries stores, restaurants, and apparel stores. Bus stops a few feet away from the entrance, as well. Less than 20 minutes from hiking spots in case you are into outdoors activities.

Apartment will be shared with an easy going and respectful young professional that appreciates safe, peaceful, organized, and clean environments. The person occupying the second room starts his days early in the morning and goes to sleep early. One more hard working person trying to get ahead in life and trying to be helpful and productive for society. On his days off, he likes to be outdoors enjoying a hike nearby or just relax at home. Raised within a Hispanic and Christian household and will be a plus if we can find someone with those principles.
