Washington Street

We have a pretty old duplex it hasn’t been renovated in 15+ years but its is still a great place to live it’s a ten minute walk to UNR as well as downtown Reno. We are a very happy couple we have been together for 6 years and we are married the room is a pretty good size we have a 1and a half bathroom the half bathroom is downstairs we only share the upstairs because it is where the shower is as well as the laundry . We are rarely home so we try very hard not to be a bother and we do not eat in the house so you do not need to worry about us taking anything you own we have a big living room and dining room and a small kitchen but it would be like you were living alone for the most part oh and the closest space is pretty big as well *** NOT FURNISHED*****
