Looking for a roommate (preferably male) to share a 2 Bed/ 2 Bath apartment in South Coast, OC. This apartment has a bedroom with attached bathroom, kitchen, shared living, In-unit laundry, and a porch. Apartment is on the 2nd floor. Rent is $1,855 monthly, not including utilities and WiFi which will be split in half monthly.

The complex includes gated garage parking, pool, gym, lounges, and a workspace. This is in a great and safe location as you are short driving distance from the 55 and 405 freeways, South Coast Plaza, and many shops/restaurants in the Costa Mesa & Santa Ana areas.

You will only be sharing this apartment with me. I am 26 years old and work in investment banking! I am a responsible, considerate, quiet and easy going person. I always try to show my respect to roommates by being quiet during sleeping/working hours, respecting the rule of privacy, and following house rules set in place. I am always down to hang out, go on outings in my free time, and make new friends!!
