Megan's room

Looking for a roommate to share a 2bed/2bath apartment in Irvine. Current roommate is moving out, and I would love to keep living here (along with the good rent!). Room details: Master suite, bathroom attached. Shared living, kitchen, and dining area. Laundry in-unit, small porch. We would split the internet and the electricity bills; all other costs are included in the rent. First floor unit, parking space in gated parking garage, complex includes a pool, hot tubs, grills, gym, etc. Great location, close to the 405 and 5 freeways, a short distance to a lot of dining options.

I am a 28 year old marketing professional (in-office 5 days a week). I’m pretty laid back and enjoy being outdoors, travelling, and going to concerts as well as curling up on the couch with a good book.
