Arlene's room

Hi! In the apartment — which is located on the Southside— there is a double (so if you have a friend in mind that’s a plus) that is available for rent. The lease is for a year (but you can sublet if you want) and it starts May 28th. We do have to pay for internet and trash separately which averages to be about 30-45 bucks a month. It is a 10ish minute walk to campus and the bus line is up the street on telegraph. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have questions.
