We are looking for somebody awesome, healthy, clean, peaceful, and just good vibes overall. The house is a very zen, clean, peaceful atmosphere with 4 rooms in total. The house is located in a great area, a short walk to the park, a library around the corner, multiple grocery stores, and a gym close by as well. Very safe, and the neighbors are friendly too. -Looking for someone who is willing to stay 6 months to a year, somebody who is CLEAN (very important!) -No substance or alcohol abuse, zero tolerance. -Zero drama tolerance policy. -Steady job and income.
