Its a 2 bedroom 2 full bath with all utilities included in the rent. Room is unfurnished. Washer and dryer in the apartment. Pool is also avalabile, barbeque grills, ample parking. Gyms within 5 minutes, close to Walmart and several other local groceries. Apartment is right off the main highway 74. You will have access to all the common living areas in the apartment.

In gainfully employed, low key, non smoker or drinker. Drama free and a very peaceful easy going guy. Looking fir a reliabile and trust worthy roommate.
