Room is entire basement floor. Has a living space with electric fireplace, bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and additional bedroom that could function as office/storage/etc. Perfect for a couple or someone looking to have a calm space to work from home.

Parking includes garage/driveway + parking spaces in center of couldesac. Back patio looks out over greenspace with lake and Pleasant Valley Walking trail. Across the street is Westfield Park, Webber Middle School, and Westfield Pool (passes not included). Easy access to Harmony for east/west travel and Shields for north/south.

Hello, current roommate plan is me (Jason) and my friend (Cam) in the two upstairs rooms, plus his two labs (Artemis and Lexi). Generally pretty laid back, and have been described as having golden retriever energy. Cam is similar and quite considerate. I’m not a sports watcher, but I do enjoy rock climbing and hanging out at parks. D&D player, and board game enjoyer. I don’t generally smoke or drink, but will with friends on occasion.

I’ll be hosting D&D weekly. Plus, trying to get a couple of regular board game/movie night/mtg gatherings, and spending most of my time at home on the main floor. Don’t expect roommates to be social all the time. But, it is likely to have me or people around a decent amount of the time. So, probably not a good match for someone that is just looking for a room without engaging with roommates beyond bare necessities.

I tend to keep prety tidy by avoiding making a mess and cleaning notable ones as they occur. However, not a very proactive cleaner (although that may change as I start hosting friends)
