Rooms are all single occupancy. Current rooms available is upstairs bedroom ($1200) with shared bathroom downstairs 1 bedroom ($1550) with own bathroom.

Rooms in House for Rent House has 5 rooms and 3 bathrooms. 3 room upstairs share bathroom with Sink, Shower/Toilet Room. Single room downstairs has own restroom.

Home has following amenities: Central Air Fully Loaded Kitchen Washer and Dryer Upstairs Backyard good for BBQ 2 car garage and parking on street. Gated Community has pool, hot tub, recreation center and gym!!

Utilities: Electricity (house has solar), gas, trash, water, internet, cleaners is split by # of roommates, avg $100 - $150.

House is located right off Western and Palos Verdes Dr.
