The room is furnished with a full bed, night table and lamp. I’m flexible with the sublet length, it can be 6 to 1 year.

I will live in the master bedroom with my bathroom. You will share the bathroom with another roommate only.

This is a prime location located on 42nd street between 9 and 10 avenue. The laundry and fitness center is in the building. We are very quiet and very tidy professionals in our early 30s. I’m looking for someone to sublet the room that is very clean both hygienic and with the home environment. Preferably work full time from the office.
