Remy's room

This is a 2 bd 1 ba in the Lloyd district. We have covered parking and its walking distance to lots of restaurants, Lloyd Center, and i think like 3 different gyms. there’s easy access to train lines and bus lines. I go for walks in the neighborhood to the north all the time, its beautiful and quiet. There are stairs to access the apartment (not ADA accessible), and it is gated.

The shared area of the house has huge windows and lots of space (when my sister moved out she left all her furniture. i’m not attached to any of it but we have it, so). We have a small balcony off the dinning nook, and its all open to the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has lots of cabinets, a dishwasher, and i have an extra table to expand the counter space. (i love to bake so i needed it.) The bathroom is pretty spacious for an apartment, with good counter space and a bunch of drawers. The room available is just a standard size apartment bedroom and has a large closet with built in shelving. Also has a large window in it.

I do a lot of creative stuff; like sewing, drawing, painting, crocheting, and the aforementioned baking. I keep to myself a lot, but spend a lot of time with my best friend. Most of the time i take a while to warm up to a person, but if we click, i love spending time doing anything and everything together. But, no pressure, if you’re just looking to keep to yourself. I am not super serious about keeping everything in its place in my house, but i also do like to keep tidy. As of right now, i plan to be at this apartment for a while, so long term is preferred.
