Hey all, I’m looking for someone to take on my lease at the Retreat East, it’s a Bungalow apartment, room with balcony on the top floor with a great view of the Retreat East. Room E on floor plan.
Rent is $1166 a month, location is minutes away from UCF and Valencia college. Kennedy Space Center (~40min), Disney/Universal/SeaWorld (~20-30min)
Looking to have someone take on the lease starting May 1st. You’re free to extend the lease into the Fall and next year!
Room is fully furnished with desk, bed, cabinets, nightstand, fully controllable AC/heating for your room, balcony, and walk-in closet
House includes shared living room space, extra bathroom, kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, plenty of extra closet/storage space, kitchen table, 4K TV, oven, microwave, among other amenities.

Everyone is super friendly, very quiet, aren’t partying, all students and most work full time jobs as well so everyone is pretty busy and does their own thing. We all help clean, share appliances, make sure lights are off to save utilities, anything to make everyone’s life easier!
