Master Bedroom of a large 2 bedroom apartment in Fremont. AMAZING location right across the street from the zoo walking distance to woodland park, coffee shops and Greenlake. 5 min walk from bus stop. Or, if you drive, for an additional $50 a month there is covered parking in a locked secure garage that comes with a storage unit!!
The room is well lit, with VERY large closet space. Bed is available if interested!
The living room and kitchen are fully furnished. Washer and dryer in unit. Cat friendly , Small dog friendly.
The landlords are super sweet and always respond in a timely matter to any maintenance needs. That being said, there are little maintenance needs as all kitchen appliances are brand new as well as the garbage disposal.
Please note that background check and $350 deposit are required by landlords prior to move in :)
Flexible on move in date but aiming for May!
