Mesa Verde Drive East

This is a two bed, two bath apartment that is 1120 sqft in the 2775 Mesa Verde Community in Costa Mesa. I am looking for a roommate to occupy the other room, which is very spacious and has its own bathroom. The living area is completely furnished by me, so all you will need is furniture for your bedroom. There is an attached balcony, along with an in unit washer and dryer. I have attached the layout and will show an example of my bedroom and bathroom- the other one will not be furnished! I have a Nespresso, Dyson vacuum, among other things that will be shared! The complex has many amenities such as a gym, multiple pools and spas, and two dog parks. There are also many water features throughout the community, along with gated parking. The area is also very nice, it is located next to the Costa Mesa Country Club, several parks, and many shopping centers.

I am a 28 year old, registered nurse currently looking for someone to rent the other bedroom in the apartment complex I live in. I do have a 2.5 year old Golden Retriever that is there about half the time when I am not working. I am looking for a female roommate that is clean and respectful. I do enjoy having friends over at times, along with family. I am quite easy going, just expect people to clean up after themselves in the living room area! I love coffee and nice dinners.
