Trisha's room

Historic home in the lower town arts district walk to everything. I’m the homeowner my room is on the first floor. There are two bedrooms for rent on the second floor with a shared bath for $700 mo each. There is also a third floor attic room with private bath for $750 mo. There is a common living room on the second floor and a shared kitchen on the first floor. The home is currently unfurnished. There is a fenced backyard and storage in a detached garage parking is on the street but there’s usually plenty available.

I am 60 year young female, traveling, digital nomad, living between San Diego and Kentucky. I’d like to share my home with mature, respectful, reliable people. No smoking or pets. This is not a party house but it would be nice if people wanted to have meals together I’m an avid chef and Baker . I’m also an artist, oil painter, respectful, quiet, love all sorts of music love interesting people. It would be nice to have some group dinners.
