Fully furnished downstairs bedroom 14x12 with ceiling fan/lights with internet and cable for rent cross streets are Etiwanda and Arrow Hwy. House has central heating and AC. Separate full bathroom is next to the bedroom. Laundry is currently not available in the house but will be available within the next 2 months as there will be a commercial coin washing and drying machine accessible in the garage. Front door entrance is for entering and exiting the house. Full access to the house is not allowed. House also has a gym downstairs and is available to rent monthly for $40 month extra and equipment must be disinfected after each use. We are looking for (1) Single working female with or without a minor child and if you are bringing a minor child then there will be an extra charge of $200 per month on top of the rent. OR a Single Female Student with no additional stay over guests or entrance into the house. NO smoking, No illegal drug Use, No alcohol use, No animals, and No Drama is Allowed!! Parking is available on the street as this is a secured gated community housing and there is also 24/7 security patrol vehicles. House has cameras inside and outside and a full alarm system. Housing community has a pool across the street as well. This is a month to month rental, or 3 to 6 months rental agreement and looking for someone who is chill, reliable and friendly. To qualify you must complete a full rental application and we MUST do a criminal background check, Tenant rental verification, and income verification is Mandatory and MUST be approved and accepted by Jeanette and will cost the tenant $40. Owner and family and 2 trained AKC English Bulldogs and birds that live at the house. But the house area where we are at is separate from where the tenant will be allowed to enter. The house is not available for tenant use. That is why the room is completely furnished with a refrigerator and microwave and a separate full bathroom.
