Jasmine's room

Master bedroom with lots of natural light and great airflow. We have the corner unit, so it’s the biggest apartment in the complex. You would get the parking space as the other occupant has no need for it. Closet has lots of space with sliding mirror doors. The room is lined with LED lights that we are leaving, so you are welcome to keep them. There is also a washer and drier on sight. We are also selling some of the furniture that’s already in the room if you are in need of it.

We are looking for someone to take over our half of the lease, as the occupant of the 2nd bedroom will be staying. He is a nineteen year old gay man who keeps to himself and isn’t home often; he’s very kind and understanding with a morbid sense of humor. He’s always on time or early with rent and utilities. He’s willing to split chores accordingly based on need and preference.
