The room is a fairly average sized room with a closet and windows on the south and west walls. There is a shared bathroom in the main hallway that will be mostly yours. You’ll have access to all the common areas as well. Parking is on the street. The place is minutes from I5 and Northgate station. Rent includes water, sewer, trash, and internet. Electric is a shared expense that is billed every other month.

Hey, I’m Rowan. I’m pretty easy to get along with and mostly an introvert. I work as a real estate photographer and have a variety of hours that I work. In my free time I play board games, dance, travel when I’m able, and enjoy the outdoors with kayaking, hiking, and camping. I have no pets, no kids, and don’t smoke. I have house guests over once or twice a month usually to just make a meal with or play a couple board games with. I never have wild parties. I like to keep my place clean, especially the kitchen.

I’m looking for a roommate that is potentially long term. I get along best with people who are also introverts and also prefer keeping a clean house. I will want to meet and get a feel for you and make sure this is an arrangement that will work for both of us before committing.
