Renting 3rd Floor Furnished Room with own bath-room. Bed, Dresser, TV and Closet. Kitchen Utensils and Wi-Fi Included. Tenant is to share kitchen with other Tenants. We are looking for a Professional or Student as we are near to Iona University and Montefiore Hospital. We want non-smokers and no pets. Tenant will share backyard with owners. We are a short walk to CVS and the Supermarket. Forty five minutes to Grand Central. First month rent and security deposit required as well as paystubs.

You will have two other Roomies. Super friendly young man and early 20’s gal on the second floor. All professionals. We’re a young couple with friendly vibes throughout our home. Anything you need or someone to talk to, we’re here. Cheers.
