Prefer Vietnamese since the owner doesn’t speak English very well. 20 minutes to Santa Ana college. No party & no smoking. respectful. Quiet & safe area. Many restaurants open 24 hours on Beach street but the house stay in the quiet community. Close to Buena Park where many shopping centers. Very clean room. All appliances are brand new. Plenty of parking space.

The owner is very friendly and nice, love to do garden and take care the house well.
