One private bedroom in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. First floor. Close to KU (close to 15 minutes walk), very quiet and safe. The apartment is mostly furnished, except for the bedroom. I don’t think it will fit more furniture, so it’s perfect if you aren’t planning on getting more stuff besides things for your room. Half rent plus utilities goes around $490 per month.

I’m a PhD. Student (35F - Spanish speaker/Eng) at KU, still two more years to finish. I like to cook all types of food, I spend a lot of time at the apartment during the week, but not much during the weekends. I prefer another student as roommate. I don’t want animals and I don’t smoke.
