Hi!

I’m hoping to study abroad this Fall and need to SUBLEASE my room. Looking to rent to females only. It’s available from June 1st to December 31st! It’s located in San Marcos, close to CSUSM.

Rent: $1125 Deposit: $1500 Utilities: $30-$50 a month

• 1 bedroom with shared bathroom in a 3 bedroom/ 2 story townhouse
• Shared kitchen space + fridge
• Garage parking
• Washer and dryer access in home
• There are 2 other girls in the house who are incredibly sweet, who go to school and work full time so they’re always busy!
• There’s a cat living here, so keep that in mind if you have allergies

We’re students at CSUSM who also work throughout the week so we’re always in and out of the house! We keep our place pretty tidy and are respectful of each others privacy. We all became friends since living here, so I’d say it’s a very welcoming and fun environment!
