I’m subletting my room in a big house in downtown Rochester. Just for May and June 2024. But if you are student, you can continue the rental from August 2024 for the next semester or longer. The house is spacious, rooms are furnished, 2 shared bathrooms, kitchen fully equipped, washing machine and dryer in the basement for free, porch and small backyard with a grill. Parking on the street or in a parking house nearby. Rent is $800 + RGE (around $50).

The another three tenants are music students. All kind and friendly. They practice their instruments in the daytime, but your room is on the back of the house so it will not disturb you.
