Richard's room

Private room with a shared restroom. You are sharing a restroom with the outside bedroom. The master bedroom has their own bathroom. Utilities will be $150 and security deposit is $800 this is just in case you decide to leave us before your agreed upon terms on notifying us or damages to the property.

Full Access to kitchen and laundry. We prefer someone who works and is quiet.

Absolutely No Partying and N Smoking.

We are family of 3; one 5 year old. We are at work most of time except evenings and weekends.

The other roomate is at work 12 hours a day and only comes home to sleep. Spends most of their time with their family in Palm Desert.
