2 br house with nice back porch. Located in East Ridge in a nice neighborhood. The house also has a security system. Washer and dryer available for use.

I’ll be 20 in November, and work full time as an HVAC technician. I work long hours in the summer. I don’t drink or party, and I rarely have guest over. I like my space clean. This is a smoke free house but you are welcome to smoke outside. I have two standard poodles that are friendly (idk about cats) but they get along with smaller dogs. I do have another small dog that is probably moving soon. The room can be furnished or unfurnished.
