It is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment with a large living room and kitchen. Apartment has 2 hall closets, dishwasher, large living room, and large kitchen. Apartment is furnished but you can bring your own furniture if you’d like. $1370 per month. Security deposit and brokers fee also required. Great location close to 1/2/3/B/C subway lines, many grocery stores, and Central Park! Prefer to find someone available until the lease ends March 31, 2025. Female roommates only.
