Factory Square apartment right on the main strip of Downtown Mystic. The apartment has two separate entrances, I’m looking for a roommate to have the first floor with a private bedroom, living room, and bathroom. I have my own separate entrance with my own bedroom and bathroom. Right now, it’s me and my girlfriend occupying the apartment on the second floor, she will be moving when she buys her own home. I work at EB nearby and its convenient for the commute. The apartment is fully furnished until she moves which will be in a few months. Utilities are average $50 depending on utility usage ($25 for WIFI and Electric varies but I could show past bills which are on average about $50-$70 between three people on heavy winter months)
