Why only $300 a month? is this a scam?

Well I recently inherited my home from my grandfather and along came with that was all his things and his ageing chawawa that he wanted to die naturally. she’s gotten to the point where it’s hard for her to reach the pads so if your not OK with that, your welcome to look else where.

secondly the room you will be renting has lots of things that have no where to go, as a result you will not be able to decorate the room to your liking

That out of the way the rent is going to be $300 pulse half the utilities, and other shared amenities. for example tv and wifi once i get those back up here.

in total your looking at around $400 in the summer and $700 in the winter. (Note, if your a good cook i might wave part of the utilities.)

next is that i have 5.1 acres that can negotiate recreational use of if required,

now for the room, its about 40ft by 20ft, with a king sized bed that you can chose to keep or replace (the frame will have to stay), to decent sized closets that are 10 feet long, dressers will be provided. and we are willing to provide another room for a personal computer desk if so desired. another note here, we will need to pass through that room to feed the fish on the small porch next to the room. you can chose to do this task your self, negotiate a time of day for us to do this, or look somewhere else.

in addition to the back ground check i would like to take a look at your social media. this might seem strange as a request but i would prefer to see it then suddenly have a i hate men feminist in my house till i can evict them.

there is me a 25 year old male and my father who is going on 50 something. quick note my father smokes cigarettes so if your against it then look else where.

i will be working, during the day and he will be in his own house but uses the kitchen.

both me and him will need to aprove you staying here as he has life estate and must have a say in the matter
