Looking for the right fit to take over my current roommate’s lease, which ends July 31, and then sign on for the next lease term.

You’ll have your own full ensuite bathroom and private balcony. Amenities include secured garage parking, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, central heating/AC, fireplace, BBQ, and a large outdoor patio. No pets currently live in the home, so pets are welcome.

Lease: 08/01/26–07/31/27, with option to extend 12 months
Rent: $1,698/month + utilities
Pet rent: $25/month
Deposit: $1,698

During the work week, I’m low-key and quiet. On weekends, I’m usually doing errands/chores or out enjoying food, art, music, or travel. I’m consistently clean and clutter-free, and I’m looking for someone similar.

I don’t have pets, but I’d be happy to have furry friends around if you do.
