Private bedroom in a 4 bedroom home (furnished or unfurnished), with walk in closet and flat screen with streaming device (subscriptions included). All utilities and WiFi are included. All common areas except the private bedrooms (of housemates) are accessible. First & Last month’s rent are due on move-in.

Common areas include A) 1 two room full bathroom, and one 1/2 bathroom (both accessible at all times). B) Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven , microwave, toasters, coffee makers, large fridge, pantry, two mini fridges for drinks on both floors. C) 3 large living/family rooms (with 55 inch flat screens and streaming devices), D) Plenty of storage space in a two car garage, not including 2 parking spots in the driveway (not including 2 car garage) . E) Washer & Dryer, F) Outdoor back patio with fenced in yard, ideal for a pet owner, G) Central A/C & Heat with thermostats upstairs & downstairs.All utilities included: Electric, gas, trash, wifi, streaming subscriptions (Max, Netflix, Prime, etc), and with two parking spaces available on property (FCFS) with plenty of free overnight parking on the street.

2 other employed male housemates, except 1-3 days per month when I stay at the property (on the 1st floor). Home is cleaned once every month. Gardening included. Guests are welcome, up to 2 nights per week, or more than that, on a case by case basis. No additional move in costs or expenses, except 1st and last month’s rent on move in, and where the remainder of July can be prorated. There is a $25 per month common area supplies & cleaning fee, but can be paid anytime during the month. Common area supplies include: all cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher dish pods, trash bags, etc…The last month’s rent is fully refunded within 30 days, as long as 2 weeks notice for move out date is provided.
