A 10-minute walk to Savin Hill Station (Red Line), just one stop away from JFK/UMass (ideal for UMB students!). #15 Bus to Ruggles and the #17 Bus to Andrew Station just around the corner! 9-minute drive to South Bay Plaza.

Hi future roomie! I’m a full-time nursing student, junior at UMass Boston. I spend a lot of time studying in my room or the library and working in-clinic, so when I’m home I appreciate a calm, peaceful space. My other roommate Melodie is very kind and friendly and works full-time as a child caregiver and volunteers in her spare time. She’s usually here in the early morning and late evenings. We both are super friendly, welcoming, and easy going.

We’re looking for a third like-minded roommate to share the space with by 9/1/2024.

The ideal roommate:

• a young professional or fellow student
• financially responsible/independent
• hygienic and cleans after self
• respectful of shared spaces
• no smoking or vaping on site
• noise conscious (no loud music)
• guests allowed, but no large parties/gatherings
• no overnight male guests, unless cleared by roomies

The ideal situation:

• everyone pays their share of the rent on time
• everyone cleans after themselves
• everyone has a comfortable safe space to relax, goof around or study when they want.
• everyone respects each other
