Hey all! This is a bedroom in a three bedroom house in Pike Township. You’re 5 minutes to Walmart and Costco, 10 minutes to Target and Kroger, and a whole bunch of restaurants and things to do including an AMC as well as a couple breweries and coffee shops. This room is furnished with a bed, curtains, dresser, bed side drawers and lights. Feel free to put stuff up on the walls if you want. There’s a lock on the door and you have your own walk-closet. There is new carpet added in back in 2022, the bathroom was painted and updated in December 2024. You have access to the back screened in porch, the kitchen, laundry room, dining room, living room and hallway bathroom shared by the two rooms. You don’t have access to the other bedrooms or garage. Your best bet for parking is street parking.
Well, right now there’s two people in the house (Mike and Davis) and one cat. My name is Mike, I’m 35 and have been living in Indy since 2010. I bought the house from the estate of my friend after he finished his battle with ALS back in 2022. I love DnD, video games on my Switch and my steam deck. I work full time and have a bunch of hobbies to keep me busy, And whatever hyper fixation I have for that week. Davis is 25, works two jobs and enjoys video games. He cleans up after himself and is motivated. He is still pretty new to the house, so we’re talking and getting to know each other. I have had a few renters in here since I bought the house. So, I have some experience with cohabitation. I’m looking for people who are able to communicate for successful cohabitation, But I think that would be better discussed in person. That’s me, and then there’s my cat! Mizu- He is a chonky black cat. He is loving and has his claws. He is friendly and playful and loves attention.
