Peaceful and quiet neighborhood with good neighbors. Three bedroom, one bathroom house with a finished basement and fenced-in big backyard. The home has surveillance with Ring, I have a room available with a closet. The room is a decent size with two windows. It does come furnished but we can move all the furniture out to make room for yours.
