Up for grabs, on April 15th. Is a private room for rent, in a cozy westside house; remodeled kitchen and bathroom, a wonderful front porch, perfect for people watching. Walking distance to the grocery store, peace gardens, Jordan river trail. The gentrification is slowly seeping in, but you can still find good tacos around the corner. This time around I’m taking my time to find the right match, atleast vibe wise. I’ve learned the main things I’m looking for is someone who is; Clean, like maybe rinse your dishes and for the love of God, take your shoes off!! Haha. I often laugh to my self, if I’m a tad ocd as I tidy up the house on Sundays. Quite during quite hours would be nice. Just general common sense on how to live with people… I am 420 friendly; just not in the house. I’m asking 650 a month that includes utilities and wifi. I’d like to start you off with a 6 month lease and go from there. The only thing I really want to see is proof of some sort of income, maybe a reference or something. Note from your mom…. haha

About me; I’m just a pretty normal queer, leftist 30 something trying to survive in this late stage capitalistic hellscape… I work 2 jobs and I’m going back to school in the fall. I spend my free time dissociating; usually on the front porch or couch with a book and some music; sometimes I even get the motivation to work on the yard or other projects around the house. I’m a fairly good mix of home body and I do like to get out on occasion. I like to get out to a show or movie, I like live music and camping in the summers. Occasionally have people over to hang out, really getting into smoking meat lately. Haha. There is also a senior border collie named Henley, this is pretty much her house. Hahaha I’m open to other dogs, as long as Henley approves. As far as cats, I’m really allergic to them.
