East Street

Two rooms for rent starting in Mid-May. They are currently under construction so I don’t have any pictures yet, but happy to share pictures of the current state if needed. First come, first serve, meaning your pick of the rooms. Both of the rooms include one large bedroom, and one separate room for a WFH office or large walk-in closet. Shared bathroom if both rooms are rented, but if not, all yours. Shared kitchen and living spaces. 10 minute walk from Wissahickon Train Station or Manayunk train station. Very close to Wissahickon Park Trail entrance if you enjoy nature and hiking. About an 8 minute walk to Main Street and right up the street from The Rook and The Brass Tap.

I currently live on the third floor and have a separate bathroom, room and office. The kitchen and living areas are shared. My girlfriend goes to Temple University so she is here often, but we are both very quiet during the week, enjoy walking the neighborhood and trails and going out occasionally on the weekends. I don’t have any pets and am not looking for one, sorry. I am clean, quiet and respectful and expect the same in return.
