Matt's room

We have a room available for April or May move-in date. The room is downstairs and bathroom is shared with one other roommate. Common area and kitchen upstairs. There is lots of garage space and large backyard as well. Rent is $950 + utilities split 3 ways. You’ll apply through the property manager to sign onto the lease. The homeowner does not allow pets, sorry. Please reach out if interested and we can schedule a time to meet to show you the house.
