Female; professional, non-smoker clean, neat, respectful, quiet, work two jobs- weekdays and some weekends. Very comfortable in roommate situations and prefer sharing a house with a roommate. Will not tolerate mess or clutter in the common areas nor dishes kept in the sink, counters, or stovetop for an unreasonable length of time or overnight- this is an absolute deal/lease breaker. I clean up after myself immediately after using the kitchen and expect the same from my roomie. The fridge should also be kept clean and clear of old, decaying food. Occasional visitors are okay. No overnight guests except under special circumstances that are clearly communicated in advance.
