Darla's room

I have a single level home with three bedrooms, 1 bath in S Salem. It is in a quiet neighborhood, close to bus lines and shopping. The available bedroom is furnished with a bed, desk, dresser, closet, TV and internet access is provided with the room. The house does not have central air but I do have air conditioners. I keep a clean house. Utilities are included in the price of rent. A washer and dryer is also available on site to use, the person would just have to buy their own laundry soap.

I am looking for a non-smoking female to rent the room. Due to a medical condition I have, non-smoking, even medical marijuana, is a must.

I am a 52 yo Christian female who works FT as a trial paralegal. I am non-judgmental and my favorite quote is “people can either be better or worse for having met you, so they might as well be better.” It is just me and my two dogs as my daughter is away at college. In addition to my daughter, I have two sons who are also out of the house now. Both of my dogs are pit bull mix and they are extremely lovable. The only aggression they have ever shown is aggressive licking. They are inside dogs, house-trained and well behaved (unless there is a squirrel around). I am friendly, responsible, and believe in treating others as I would like to be treated. I like to spend time reading, watching TV, gardening, working on crafts, etc. I am easy to get along with. I am gone on the weekends at times and/or take short trips but otherwise I am around. I have no problem respecting other people’s privacy.
