Looking for second housemate for cozy 3-bedroom 2 bath home located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with community pool. Location has easy access to I-10 at Fry road. Easy access to Cullen Park, HEB, Walmart, LA Fitness, and variety of restaurants. New housemate would occupy second bedroom with dedicated bathroom that is not ensuite.
