Seeking a roommate to share an attractive 2/1 upstairs apartment in the heart of Midtown. Up-to-date kitchen with granite countertops opens into the living/dining area. Close to MetroRail and bus routes. Off-street parking is in the back of the 8-unit building, but is on a first-come, first-served basis. Street parking is always available.

The other roommate is a 26 year old female student, very quiet, not into partying. She likes to keep the apartment clean. She tends to be out of town three days a week.
