Bridget's room

I have two rooms for $800 each in a house to share in West Salem.

The first is a large south facing room - that was originally the living room at the front of the house with large windows.

The second is one of the bedrooms, is smaller and has a closet. It faces east.

There is a shared shower room for the two, a kitchen, family room with large flat screen and Roku. Deck, back and front yards. The back yard and its wooden gazebo need work if you like gardening!

I work from home and don’t party.

The house was bought two years ago. No pets, no kids. I am very quiet and so is the cul de sac the house is on.

There is a large garage, off road parking, air conditioning, heat. Storage space above the garage.

You will need furniture. There is one pull out sofa bed available and another flat screen tv. Probably a bit more stuff.

My plan is to try and have at least one person in before May starts for FREE (until May) to help me move stuff around as I can’t really lift anymore. I’m 57, female, no kids. So ask me anything and I will get back to you.

I would like people to be solvent, sane and fairly quiet. Respectful and trustworthy. The photos are from the original listing when to house was bought, it’s rather lived in now!
