Looking for two female/non-binary individuals to join our one year lease starting June 1 for our apartment in Williamsburg!

I’ve lived in the apartment for 3 years and the location and value cannot be beat! The apartment is a 4 bed/1 bath and located in the most sought after area Williamsburg right by the water with great views of the skyline. Apartment has washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, Central air, high ceilings, great natural light and rooftop access. Close to parks, grocery stores, and a quick walk to the L.

Ideal roommate would be clean, respectful and considerate. We would love to find people that are social and down to hang out but never bring the party home. Must be able to sign and meet the requirements of a one year lease (40x rent and good credit) ideally by April 15! Sadly, no pets.

Room 1 ($1650)- has a window, no closet. Can fit a queen/full size bed plus additional furniture. Furniture currently pictured may be available to buy.

Room 2 ($1750)- two full windows, views of the skyline and a closet. Can fit a queen/full size bed plus additional furniture.

Utilities run around $75-100/month.

I’m 35 and split by time between NYC and Seattle. I work in non-profit events and am mostly remote.

The other roommate is still deciding if she is going to resign the lease but she works in marketing and is in the office 5 days a week.
