Single level home with fenced backyard, covered porch, and attached garage we use for gear storage. Laundry in unit, dish washer, furnished common areas. Quiet, safe neighborhood a mile from anschutz medical campus!

Charlotte and I had lived here the past year, our third roommate is moving out so we’re looking for another! We’re quiet, private people who love the outdoors (climbing, whitewater kayaking, biking, rowing, hiking…). Charlotte’s dog Gracie lives with us and so very unlikely another pet will be welcome, Gracie is very sweet but may be overwhelmed living with another dog in a small space. Our common areas are very clean, we do cook quite a bit and between us have a well-stocked kitchen with several appliances we share.
