This apartment is in adams ma. Owner occupies this apartment. Electric, Heat and hot water is included (with exceptions). Shared bathroom and kitchen. Must be quiet and pass a background check. On bus route but also have off street parking for 1 car. It is a month to month. No long term lease. There is a full size bed and a dresser and night stand. Large walk in closet. Message me for more information. Single person only. No inside guest or overnight guest. First and last months to move in which is $1400. No pets.
