Easy access to the I-5 hwy. it’s near Mission Bay and on a clear day you can even see the ocean from the back yard :). Pacific Beach, La Jolla, North Park, Downtown San Diego, and SD International Airport are all within reach via car in 15 minutes or less. There are planter boxes in the cute little backyard for your gardening needs. Plus a lemon tree! Street parking available and I don’t ever have a problem finding a parking space. This place is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex apartment. The girl living in the other room is in her early twenties, super sweet and usually gone most of the day. The neighbor in the right unit is absolutely great and very friendly.
