1 large unfurnished room for rent in a 3 bed 1 bath house. No cats due to allergies and my dog. Cute front and back yards for relaxing, a fire pit, grill, and garden if you’re into that. Smoking allowed outside but not indoors.

Safe neighborhood located near UC Davis and Sac. State, easy access to freeways, and lots of parks around.

Only your future room and mine will be occupied, no 3rd roommate will be present. I am a working student who is clean and tidy, I have an older medium sized sweet dog who loves people and other dogs so I am hoping you love dogs and/or have one!
